How far in advance do I have to book an Al Maha Services?

If you book 12 hours in advance of flight time, you will receive immediate confirmation.
If you book less than 12 hours before arrival/departure to/from Hamad International Airport, booking will be subject to confirmation.

Will my booking be confirmed immediately?

Yes, only if booked 12 hours or more in advance of flight arrival/departure to/from Hamad International Airport.

How can I alter my booking once it has been made?

You can change your booking online https://www.al-mahaservices.com up to 12 hours before your scheduled flight arrival/departure time in Doha.

If it’s less than 12 hours to your flight departure/arrival, please request changes by email to almahaservices@qatarairways.com.qa. Bookings cannot be changed less than 3 hours before your scheduled flight arrival/departure time in Doha.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you made your booking at Al Maha Services Website(www.al-mahaservices.com) or in an Al Maha Services office.

You can cancel your booking online https://www.al-mahaservices.com up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight arrival/departure time in Doha.

If it’s less than 24 hours to your flight departure/arrival or for partial cancellations, please request cancellation by email to almahaservices@qatarairways.com.qa. Cancellation fees apply.

Bookings made through other channels may be subject to a different cancellation and refund policy.

Are there any charges for cancellation?

In the event of bookings (made at Al Maha Services Website(www.al-mahaservices.com) or in an Al Maha Services office) are being cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival/departure time, 100% of the service fee will be refunded. If 12-24 hours notice is provided, 80% of the service fee will be refunded. If 3-12 hours notice is provided, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. If less than 3 hours notice is provided, 0% of the service fee will be refunded.

Bookings made through other channels may be subject to a different cancellation and refund policy.

What is the infant and child policy for Al Maha Services?

Infant (up to 2 years) permitted free of charge, Child (2-11 years) may receive up to 50% discount on selected services, Adult rates apply to customers 12 years and above.

Are the Al Maha Services available for sales through all Qatar Airways offices?

Yes, the Al Maha Services are available for sale through all Qatar Airways ticketing offices (Airport Ticketing Office, City Ticketing offices, and Qatar Airways Contact Centers).

Which Qatar Airways passengers are eligible for complementary Al Maha Services?

Platinum and Gold Privilege Club members on flights marketed and operated by Qatar Airways are entitled to complementary Al Maha Services. (Please refer to membership benefits).

Is it possible to book the Al Maha Service within 12 hours of Doha Local time?

Any last minute booking within 12 hours of Doha Time is subject to Al Maha Services confirmations based on availability. Kindly contact Al Maha Services team for further assistance.

Is Al Maha Services providing buggies?

Buggies are only available if booked as an add-on service at an additional fee. Buggies can be booked through the Al Maha Services office in Doha. Buggies may be added to Platinum Arrival or Platinum / Gold / Family Departure services. Buggies cannot be booked on their own.

Is Al Maha Services providing limousine services?

Limousine transfers to and from Hamad International Airport can now be booked as an add-on service at an additional fee through the Al Maha Services office in Doha. Different limousine options are available. For more information, kindly email almahaservices@qatarairways.com.qa.

How do I request wheelchair?

You need to contact your airline in advance to advise them of their special mobility needs and request a wheelchair with your airline.

Can Al Maha Services guarantee multilingual speaker?

Whilst every effort is made to provide you with native speakers, English is the primary language. Please request when making a booking and this is offered subject to availability.

Is there any place for sleeping in Al Maha Lounges and Oryx Lounge?

Although Al Maha Services and Oryx Lounges have recliner chairs, currently we cannot offer sleeping areas, however we can assist you to quiet areas located around the airport should you wish to sleep.

What is the difference between Al Maha Lounge and Oryx Lounge?

Oryx Lounge is the premium Al Maha Services lounge with more lounge features and food & beverages options. To compare the features, click here.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

You may stay up to 6 hours in the Al Maha Lounge or Oryx Lounge if access is purchased through Qatar Airways or Al Maha Services website or sales office. Additional hours will be charged and lounge access is subject to availability. Lounge access provided through lounge membership or card program partners may have different access limits. Please refer to your lounge membership or card issuer for lounge access details.

You may stay up to 4 hours in the Al Maha Services lounge after arriving in Doha and clearing immigration if access is purchased through Al Maha Services website or sales office.

Can I keep my luggage in the lounge lockers and leave the lounge?

Due to security reasons it is not allowed to keep the luggage unattended in the lockers if you are leaving the lounge.

Do you provide chargers in lounges?

Inside the Al Maha Services lounges we do have universal power sockets for charging devices.

How much is the visa on arrival fee at Al Maha Services?

Visa On Arrival can be purchased through Al Maha Services for a fee of 175 QAR.

What are the countries that have a visa on arrival arrangement with Qatar?

Nationals from a total of 80 countries can now take advantage of visa-free entry into Qatar. Please refer to Visa-free arrival to Qatar, for more information about eligible nationalities and visa waiver categories.

What payment options are available?

You may pay online with {{QmilesText}} and Mastercard and Visa credit cards and debit cards as well as American Express, Diners Club and Discover cards.

At our Al Maha Services sales offices, you may pay with the above cards as well as UnionPay, JCB, Maestro and QPay cards.

You may also pay with cash at our Al Maha Services sales offices (QAR accepted) or at the reception of our Oryx Lounge (QAR, USD and EUR accepted).
